MAPLE SYRUP PIE Prep Time:  10 Minutes Cook Time:  60 Minutes Ready Time:  1 Hours 10 Minutes Ingredients Pastry Shell (9-inch) – 1 ea Light Brown sugar – 1 ½ cup Large Eggs – 2 ea Heavy Cream – ½ cup Dark Amber Pure Maple Syrup – 1/3 cup Unsalted Butter (melted) – 2 tblsp Directions 1. Pre heat oven to 350F 2. Whisk together brown sugar and eggs until creamy 3. Add the cream, syrup and butter 4. whisk until smooth 5. Pour the filling into the pie shell. 6. Bake the pie until the pastry turns golden and the filling is puffed up, but trembles – approx one hour 7. Cool down to room temperature. 8. Cut into 6 pieces and serve with Vanilla Ice cream
