Watermelon, Cucumber and Mint Refresher Details: Prep Time: 15 Minutes SERVINGS: 6 servings Ingredients 1 small seedless watermelon 2 cucumber 1 tablespoon mint leaves 2 cups ice 4 cups water 2 tblsp honey 3 tblsp Sugar 2 lime Ice Directions:   1. Cut the watermelon and cucumber in small chunks.  In batches, puree fruit in blender with mint leaves, ice and water. 2. Strain the fruit through a fine sieve into a pitcher.  Add the lime juice. 3. Serve over ice.
